We are here to provide a unique community oriented environment for people of all skill and fitness levels. To this end, we endeavour to provide the best facilities, programs, and nationally certified Personal Trainers within a diverse, judgment free zone where a lasting, active healthy lifestyle can be built.
Achieving a balanced life and a healthy, fit body has a distinct significance to each individual. The FITBEING philosophy recognises this. Every component of our fitness training methods, private and semi private personal training, equipment and services, has been carefully considered for its purpose, effectiveness and benefit to each individual.
Our bespoke approach sets us apart from many of the mainstream methods of training.
Upon joining, all members are offered the Functional Assessment which combines some of the most cutting-edge information from functional medicine, nutrition, exercise science and physiological assessments, and includes a movement screening.
Your goal specific, bespoke health and fitness program is then built using the information and results collected from this consultation, and you will receive clear information and instructions to optimise your results through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle modifications. The assessment is followed by an hour-long personal training session to practically relay your training program, and bi-weekly follow-ups to allow us to monitor progress, update training programs and provide essential support.
